In this series, Swami will teach a small, but special sequence of asanas/yoga postures that have been used in the ancient tradition of yoga for thousands of years to promote and prolong longevity (both healthspan and lifespan). This asana sequence in easy and pleasant to practice and will leave you energized and rejuvenated everytime you practice.
Class (Part 2 of 2) will cover the following topics:
- The meaning of asana and five foundations of asana practice.
- Walkthrough of sun salutations videos.
- Tips, recommendations, and guidelines on how to build ideal asana practice.
In this masterclass, Swamiji will continue sharing the secret set of kayakalpa asanas and how to practice them. This series must be performed by a yogi/yogini as part of their daily practice in order to extend and optimize their health and lifespan. This is part 2 of 2.
